Villa Policies

• Rates are applicable for up to four persons per villa
  - Additional person (adult) - $99/night

• No pets allowed

• Incidental charges may apply

• No smoking allowed in villas

• Check out time - 3:30 pm (consideration will be given to special requests)

• Additional fees:

      - 10% hotel and accommodation tax

      - 10% service charge

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and full balance is due upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

​

Reservation changes and cancellation must be confirmed in writing via email. A 20% cancellation fee on the total booking rate will be charged on cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
