Villa Policies​

• Rates are applicable for up to four persons per villa
  - Additional person (adult) - $50/night

• No pets allowed (special requests may be made for small, trained dogs)

• Incidental charges may apply

• No smoking permitted in villas

• Check-out time - 3:30 pm (consideration will be given to special requests)

• Additional fees:

      - 10% hotel and accommodation tax

      - 10% service charge

Payment Policy​

• A 50% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation and the full balance is due prior to check-in. Payment of balance may be allowed at check-in in special cases.

Cancellation Policy​

• Reservation changes and cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email. A 20% cancellation fee on the total invoice will be charged on cancellations 5 to 14 days before the arrival date.

• ​A cost of one night's stay and cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than five days before arrival date. Additional cancellation charges will apply to cancellations on the day of arrival.​
